HyperOS: Xiaomi has replaced its MIUI operating system with HyperOS and the company has shipped it with Xiaomi 14 series. Xiaomi 14 series has been launched in China. HyperOS is designed to bring all Xiaomi devices into one integrated system with low-level refactoring, fast connectivity, active intelligence and end-to-end security.
Xiaomi’s new OS is lighter and faster than the already existing MIUI. Its firmware size is 8.75GB whereas MIUI’s firmware size was 13.09GB.

HyperOS offers better connectivity, security and new features compared to MIUI. It has faster app loading, better background memory retention, low disk latency and smooth animation which enhances the performance of the smartphone. Additionally, it integrates AI features such as AI-generated text, photo-to-text capture, doodle-to-painting conversion, and natural language image search, etc.
Available in these devices: Xiaomi’s new OS will also work in Xiaomi smartphones, tablets, smart home products and cars. The company has started registration for the new OS in China from October 26.
